Wilson’s appearance can be easily changed to match the branding of your company. To do this, first find the Navigation Sidebar on the left of your screen.
Locate the Appearance tab, and select it. This will load in the Chatbot Appearance Editor. Here you can alter the appearance of the Launcher, Header, Conversation, and Suggestion Chips. Any changes made can be referenced in the Live Preview at the bottom of the page.
