How do I add my own logo, background, and favicon to the Wilson?

Personalizing your chatbot by adding your own logo and favicon is a simple straightforward process. Find the Appearance tab on the Navigation Sidebar

Once on the Chatbot Appearance editor, locate the Launcher section at the top of the screen. Next to Custom Icon is an upload button. This button will open your file explorer so that you may upload a Favicon
To change your Logo or Background Image, find the Header section (right below the Launcher section) and click the Upload button next to the respective field. Once again this will open a file explorer, where you can upload your image.
