The Conversation section on the Appearance tab allows you to customize how your Conversation will look. You can adjust Background Color, Visitor Bubble Color, Visitor Text Color, Agent Bubble Color, Agent Text Color, and Bubble Shape.
The Link Cards live on the Link List Page editor. They allow you to customize the link being displayed, and it’s behavior (what the link will do).

The Header is the banner that displays at the top of your Wilson Interface. You can customize the Title, Background Color, and upload Custom Logos and Background Images.
These are changes that you have made to your Wilson flow that are not live on your website.
A Target Page is the page that your flow will route to when a button is clicked.
Publish Changes is a button that lives on the Conversation Editor. It makes any changes you’ve made in the editor live to Wilson on your website.
