How do I log in for the first time?
If you haven’t signed up yet, sign up here.
After you’ve signed up with the Wilson Engagement Platform, you will receive two emails, one to verify your email and another containing the link to the Wilson Dashboard.
Click the link in the email and sign in.
Can I collaborate with my teammates?
Yes! Wilson allows you to add team members to your project, and manage their user permissions. It’s easy!
On the Navigation Sidebar on the left of the screen, click the Account tab. At the bottom of the page, under User Management, you will find the invite button and all users currently added to the account.
Enter your teammates email address, and click Invite! This creates their user account, and associates it with yours. Once they accept the invitation, you’re ready to collaborate!
How do I install Wilson on my website?
Installing Wilson Engagement on your website is a straightforward process. Find the Navigation Sidebar, and select the Appearance tab. This will open the Appearance Editor. Scroll to the bottom of this page, here you will find a section called Embed Code.
Copy and paste the code snippet into your website’s HTML before the closing tag.
How can I manage multiple Wilson accounts?
Switching between accounts is simple.
At the top of the Navigation Sidebar, you will see the Account Switcher. The name of the current account you are editing will always be displayed here. Click the drop down arrow to see a list of all accounts that are available to you.
